企业MIS的建立必须注重总体设计

鉴于我国目前开发企业管理信息系统的两大问题——各自为阵的子系统开发方式、全套引进的理想化管理模式或现实管理系统的计算机模仿。本文首先讨论了上述两大问题产生的原因以及所导致的后果,指出当前我国开发企业MIS迫切需要解决的问题是观念上的转变,牢固地树立起总体设计的思想。文章还结合企业实际,提出了以“基本活动”为指导的系统划分思想以及用两条数据总线来组织子系统的系统总体结构。

The Aggregate Design of The Development of Management Information System of Enterprise

Currently, more and more enterprises have engaged in the developent of enterprise MIS. After studying a number of enterprises, the auther has found two main problems of development of MIS: (1) the design of MIS based on Subsystem but not integral system, so the relationship between systems are less Considered. (2) whole software of MIS were introduced from abroad or the design of MIS was a simple computer imitate of enterprise management system. This paper analyses the reason why those two problems were formed and the result they led up to. It points out emphatically the importance of setting up the thoughtof aggregate design in tle development of enterprise MIS. Furthermore, the paper presents some enterprise practices in order to point out a thought of system divided, based on "basic actvity", and puts forward a model of aggregate structure of system. This model forms all subsystems by using two data bus.
