腹腔镜下行卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术的可行性

目的：探讨腹腔镜下行卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术的可行性。方法：回顾性分析1999年10月－2002年2月我院妇科施行的108例腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术的手术情况。结果：108例病人按RAFS分期，Ⅲ期68例，Ⅳ期40例。手术均顺利完成，无中转开腹手术者；平均手术时间为66min，平均术中出血量为50mL，术后平均住院3d，剥除组织均经病理证实为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿。术时、术后无并发症发生。结论：腹腔镜下行卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除是安全可行的，应作为中、重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿治疗的首选术式。

FEASIBILITY OF LAPAROSCOPIC CYSTECTOMY FOR OVARIAN ENDOMETRIOMAS

Objective\ To assess the feasibility of laparoscopic cystectomy for ovarian endometriomas. Methods\ One hundred and eight patients with ovarian endometriomas who had undurgone laparoscopic cystectomy in our department, between October, 1999 and February, 2002, were analyzed retrospectively. \ Results\ 68 cases were classified as stage 3 and 40 as stage 4, based on RAFS staging. All patients were successfully treated laparoscopically without intra and post operative complications. The average operative duration was 66 minutes and postoperative hospital stay was 3 days.\ Conclusion\ Laparoscopic cystectomy is safe and feasible for ovarian endometriomas . It should be the first choice for moderate and severe cases of ovarian endome triomas.
