气动位置伺服的自适应模糊控制

摘    要:开发一种由微机、无杆气缸、电-气伺服阀等组成的气动位置伺服自适应模糊控制系统,改善了气压传动的非线性和气缸密封摩擦的多变性的不利影响,提高了系统的定位精度和可靠性.该方案还具有简捷、实用、易于掌握的特点.

Abstract:The authors applied an adaptive fuzzy PD controller to a micpneumatic drive consisting of a rodless cylinder,two pressure servo-valves and a microcomputer.Due to the inherent strong nonlinearity it is very difficult to control the cylinder with the desired positioning accuracy by means of linear concepts.The fuzzy PD controller yields a fast and exact positioning of a piston using an adaptive compensation of the friction force of the cylinder.
