摘    要:临界温度是表征煤自燃倾向性的重要指标,基于程序升温条件下利用CO浓度与温度的变化求解临界温度是一种准确快捷的测试方法。研究分析了煤样粒径、水分含量及气体流量对煤临界温度测定结果的影响;并确定了最佳实验条件,即煤样粒径0.12~0.18 mm,干燥温度50℃,气体流量100 mL/min。

Abstract:Critical temperature is an important indicator to represent spontaneous combustion of coal.It is an accurate and efficient testing method,based on programming temperature,to calculate critical temperature through the changes of CO concentration and temperature.The paper analyzed coal particle size,moisture content and gas flow,which can get some influence to the critical temperature.finally.The best experimental conditions were determined,that was 0.12~0.18 mm of coal particle size,50 ℃ of dry temperature,100 mL/min of the flow rate.
