| 摘 要： | 通过对线圈骨架的工艺分析，介绍了该线圈骨架注射模的整体结构及设计要点，研究了模具侧抽、分型、顶出等过程，分析了纵深排布型腔的结构特点，提出了一种较为独特的的模具结构，实现了线圈骨架的顺利成型，解决了生产效率低、成产成本高、批量生产困难等问题。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of molding process of the winding framework, introduced the mold＇s structure and design points, researched the molding process of inserting in side, clamping, injecting etc, analyzed the structure of cavity＇s layout. Resolved the particular mold, achieved the winding framework＇s module molding successfully, resolved the problems of low produce efficiency, high produce cost and batch difficult produce. |
