水力挤出煤体破裂数值模拟试验研究

摘    要:为了选取水力挤出措施最佳注水参数,提高防突效果,用数值模拟方法定量分析高压注水作用下的煤体起裂、裂纹扩展延伸和挤出过程。采用数值模拟软件RFPA2D研究注水过程中注水孔周围煤体应力场、水压梯度分布场和位移矢量场的变化规律。通过模拟得出注水参数和各种因素之间的关系,为注水参数合理配置提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to select the best injection parameters of water hydraulic extrusion,improve the outburst effect,the paper quantificationally analyzed the process of coal initiation,crack extension and extrusion under high pressure water infusion with the method of numerical simulation,studied the variation in water injection process of coal stress field,hydraulic gradient distribution field,displacement vector field around water injection hole by numerical simulation software RFPA2D.The relationships between the injection parameters and the other factors were obtained by simulating,which provided the basis for rational allocation of water parameters.
