| 摘 要： | 探讨自制剑杆小样织机的工艺调试方法.分析了剑杆小样织机的工作原理和工艺参数调节思路.通过上机试织秋冬牛仔织物和春夏化纤仿毛织物,认为:秋冬牛仔布上机时应重点控制布面纬档,抬高后梁高度,加大经纬纱张力,减少所有延时;春夏化纤仿毛织物上机时应注意克服断经、断纬,优选断纬检测开始时间,才可以确保达到大样效果.
