| 摘 要： | 目的研究垂体腺瘤中垂体瘤转化基因(PTTG)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平,及其恶性侵袭程度的相关性。方法选用50例垂体腺瘤标本,根据影像学表现分为局限性垂体腺瘤(n=22)和侵袭性垂体腺瘤(n=28),采用免疫组化染色方法测定标本中PTTG、VEGF的表达水平,并进行两者的相关性分析。结果侵袭组垂体腺瘤标本中PTTG、VEGF表达水平比局限组显著增高(P<0.05)。在侵袭组垂体瘤中,PTTG的表达和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.762,P<0.01),提示两指标的高表达与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性呈正相关。结论垂体腺瘤中PTTG、VEGF表达水平与其侵袭性密切相关,可作为预测垂体腺瘤侵袭性的良好指标。
