面神经磁共振成像技术探讨

摘    要:目的应用MRI技术显示面神经。方法采用GE1.5T超导型磁共振机对54例患者行三维破坏性稳态梯度回波(3DSPGR)扫描和图像后处理技术显示面神经,其中43例应用钆喷替酸葡甲胺(GdDTPA)行增强。结果除2例因移动伪影而图像欠佳外,其余均能满意显示岩骨内面神经全段。结论3DSPGR面神经成像技术是一种全新的值得推广的检查方法。

Abstract:Objective Demonstration of the facial nerve by MRI. Methods Fifty four cases were examined with GE 1.5T signa advantage system using 3D SPGR and image postprocessing technique. Forty three cases were performed with Gd DTPA enhancement. Results Two cases had motion artifacts. The others demonstrated the horizontal and vertical segments of the facial nerve in a single image clearly. Conclusions 3D SPGR is a recommendable method for diagnosis of facial nerve diseases.
