| 摘 要： | 目的应用ＭＲＩ技术显示面神经。方法采用ＧＥ１．５Ｔ超导型磁共振机对５４例患者行三维破坏性稳态梯度回波（３ＤＳＰＧＲ）扫描和图像后处理技术显示面神经，其中４３例应用钆喷替酸葡甲胺（ＧｄＤＴＰＡ）行增强。结果除２例因移动伪影而图像欠佳外，其余均能满意显示岩骨内面神经全段。结论３ＤＳＰＧＲ面神经成像技术是一种全新的值得推广的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Demonstration of the facial nerve by MRI. Methods Fifty four cases were examined with GE 1.5T signa advantage system using 3D SPGR and image postprocessing technique. Forty three cases were performed with Gd DTPA enhancement. Results Two cases had motion artifacts. The others demonstrated the horizontal and vertical segments of the facial nerve in a single image clearly. Conclusions 3D SPGR is a recommendable method for diagnosis of facial nerve diseases. |
