133例早期潜伏梅毒的临床与血清学分析

目的：了解潜伏梅毒与显性梅毒在临床和血清学方面的异同。方法：对133例早期潜伏梅毒进行了临床特点和血清学分析。结果：早期潜伏梅毒女性患者的比例明显高于显性梅毒，梅毒患者中潜伏梅毒的构成比和女性潜伏梅毒患者比例都有逐年增加的趋势，有46．6％的潜伏梅毒患者由于性伴患梅毒而被发现，有24．8％的患者有疑似早期梅毒的病史，潜伏梅毒患者治疗前的血清TRUST平均滴度明显低于显性梅毒患者，但下降较慢。结论：提示应及时筛查和治疗潜伏梅毒患者。

Clinical and serologic analyses of 133 patients with early latent syphilis

Objective In order to make out the clinical and serologic differences between the patients with latent syphilis and with expressive syphilis. Methods 133 patients with early latent syphilis were analyzed in clinical features and serology. Results The proportion of female in the patients with early latent syphilis were higher than that with expressive syphilis. The proportion of latent syphilis in the patients with syphilis and the females with latent syphilis trend towards ascent stepwise in recent years. Of 46. 6% the patients with latent syphilis were find because of their sexual partner suffering from syphilis. Of 24. 8% the patients had some dubious histories of early syphilis. The mean of TRUST titer in the patients with latent syphilis before therapy was significantly lower than that in the patients with expressive syphilis, but declined more slowly after therapy. Conclusion Our data suggest that the patients with latent syphilis should be screened and treated in time.
