| 摘 要： | 本文通过使用快速原形RAD开发工具DELPHI和MICROSOFT ACCESS,建立了基于ASME标准的焊接工艺管理系统,实现了WPS和PQR的编制、修改、检索和打印等功能,可利用已有的PQR自动生成WPS;并建立了完善的ASME钢材材料库和焊接材料库,以便于快速检索相关数据;且通过OLE链接技术实现了焊接节点图的建立。

| Abstract: | The thesis establishes a welding process management system based on ASME specifications by the use of fast original shape RAD tools DELPHI & MICROSOFT ACCESS. The system could realize the function of compilation, revision, searching and printing on WPS & PQR, and create WPS according to the existing PQR, which also establish perfect ASME steel material and welding material database for quick searching for related data. This system could also establish the welding nodes drawing by OLE link technique. |
