| 摘 要： | 以3-甲基-4-硝基苯甲酸为原料,经酯化、催化加氢、缩合、硝化和精制等反应,合成了两种医药中间体,即3-甲基-4-正丁酰氨基苯甲酸甲酯和3-甲基-4-正丁酰氨基-5-硝基苯甲酸甲酯。通过多次中试实验,获得了各步反应的最佳工艺参数。

| Abstract: | Two pharmaceutical intermediates,namely 3-methyl-4-n-butyrylamino benzoic acid methyl ester and 3-methyl-4-n-butyrylamino-5-nitrobenzoic acid methyl ester were synthesized from 3-methyl-4-nitrobenzoic acid by series of reactions i.e. esterification, catalytic hydrogenation, condensation, nitration and refinement. The optimum process parameters were obtained based on several pilot plant experiments. |
