| 摘 要： | 少数民族传统体育作为民族文化的有机载体,是不可多得的课程内容资源,将少数民族传统育活动广泛融入学校体育课程之中,可以弘扬少数民族传统体育文化,增强各民族之间的了解,促进民族团结,进一步探讨少数民族传统体育的教学规律,为初步建立少数民族传统体育教学理论奠定基础,为体育教学工作者在实践中提高教学质量提供指导。运用文献资料、行家调查、个案研究等研究方法,对大中小学中已进行教学的少数民族传统体育运动技能进行分类,探讨不同类型运动技能的教学规律。
