摘    要:以黄花非洲菊为材料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法对黄花非洲菊色素的提取工艺进行优化,使黄花非洲菊色素提取率得到了提高.结果表明,最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度为50%,提取时间为24h,提取温度为50℃,固液比为1∶50.在此条件下进行非洲菊色素的提取试验,非洲菊色素的提取率最高,测得吸光度值达到0.595.

Abstract:Using yellow gerbera as experiment materials, on the basis of single factor experiment, optimizing the extraction process of yellow gerbera pigment by orthogonal test method, the extraction rate of the yellow gerbera pigment is improved. The results show that, the optimal extraction conditions were: ethanol concentration 50%, extraction time 24 h, extraction temperature 50 ℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 50. Gerbera pigment extraction experiments were carried out under this condition. Gerbera pigment extraction was the highest and the measured absorbance value reached 0. 595.
