| 摘 要： | 针对目前调度中心不同系统都需要保护模型，提出了继电保护的CIM扩展。总结了国内继电保护原理主要的类型，提出了适用于整定、仿真计算的保护CIM模型。进一步提出了表达CIM模型的XML文件。分析了DTS中实现保护逻辑仿真和定值仿真的基本思路。提出的模型和方法已在某地区电网的DTS系统应用。
