阴极电泳涂料系丙烯酸树脂的合成与性能研究

摘    要:本文使用MMA、HEMA、DMAEMA、2-EHA四种单体合成了一种可用于阴极电泳涂料的丙烯酸树脂,并研究了树脂的特性粘度与反应温度、引发剂用量的关系,表明树脂的特性粘度随着温度的升高而降低,随着引发剂用量的增加而降低;同时测试了树脂的红外结构和玻璃化温度,表明树脂的结构符合预期,并且玻璃化温度较低,适用于阴极电泳涂料。

Abstract:This article uses the MMA,HEMA,DMAEMA,2-EHA four monomers to synthesize acrylic resin which can be used cathodic electrophoretic coating. The reaction temperature and the intrinsic viscosity of the resin and the relationship between dosage of initiator are studied. The results indicate that the intrinsic viscosity of the resin decreases with increasing temperature,and decrease of the amount of initiator. The structure of the resin in IR and the glass transition temperature are tested. The results showed that the structure of the resin line with expectations,and the glass transition temperature is very low. It is suitable for cathodic electrodeposition coating.
