冠心病心绞痛冠状动脉造影与中医证候相关性研究

目的:探讨冠心病心绞痛患者冠脉造影结果与中医证候的相关性。方法:按冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组230例和对照组100例,以冠状动脉造影结果 Gensini积分来分析胸痹患者各中医证候的分布情况。结果:冠心病组中以气虚、血瘀、阴虚、痰湿、心虚及肾虚为主要证候,对照组中以气虚、阴虚、心虚及脾虚为主要证候。冠心病组不同组别中低积分组以气虚、血瘀、阴虚、心虚及肾虚为主要证候;而高积分组中以气虚、血瘀、阴虚、痰湿、心虚及肾虚为主要证候;其中血瘀、痰湿、阳虚及肾虚证候明显多于低积分组。结论:冠心病心绞痛中具有气虚、血瘀证候的病人比例最高,气虚血瘀型是冠心病心绞痛中医基本证型。

Angina Pectoris Coronary Angiography and Correlation Study of Syndromes in TCM

Objective: To investigate the angiography results and the correlation of syndrome in TCM of the patients with angina pectoris coronary. Methods: According to the results of coronary angiography,230 cases were in coronary heart disease( CHD)group and 100 cases in the control group. With coronary angiography results Gensini score,we analyzed the distribution of syndromes in patients. Results: The CHD group' s main syndromes were Qi deficiency,blood stasis,Yin deficiency,phlegm-dampness,heart deficiency and kidney deficiency. In the control group,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,heart deficiency and spleen deficiency were the main syndromes. CHD different groups low integral syndromes were Qi deficiency,blood stasis,Yin deficiency,heart deficiency and kidney deficiency. And high points syndromes were Qi deficiency,blood stasis,Yin deficiency,phlegm-dampness,heart deficiency and kidney deficiency. The blood stasis,phlegm-dampness,Yang deficiency and kidney deficiency syndromes were obviously more than that of the high integral group. Conclusion: The angina patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are in the highest proportion. Qi deficiency and blood stasis type is the basic syndrome type of coronary heart disease angina pectoris of traditional Chinese medicine.
