胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的Meta分析

目的:评价胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、万方数据库、维普网、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),纳入有关胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床随机对照试验,按照RCT质量评价的修改后Jadad质量表评价标准对纳入文献进行质量评价,使用Revman 5.0统计软件进行Meta分析统计学处理。结果:共纳入14个研究,包括1508例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,胃复春治疗CAG在临床总有效率、胃镜检查改善情况、病胃黏膜组织病理改变、HP转阴率、单项症状改善情况、药物不良反应、血液指标改变情况、蛋白变达情况方面均显示出较好的疗效。结论:研究表明,胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好疗效,但还需高质量的随机对照试验进一步验证支持。

A Meta-Analysis of Weifuchun in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Weifuchun in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: According to the strict inclusive and exclusive criteria,through electronic searches of relevant randomized controlled trials( RCTs) on Weifuchun for chronic atrophic gastritis in Pub Med,Wan Fang Data,Wei Pu Data and CNKI,all reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale. Data statistical analyses were performed by Rev Man5. 0 software. Results: A total of 14 trials involving 1508 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,Weifuchun for the CAG treatment group had superiority in many aspects such as effective rate according to clinical efficient,gastroscopy,effective rate according to Patho-check,Hp darkening rate,remission rate based on a single symptom,adverse events,situation of hemoglobin change,expression of proteins change and so on. Conclusion: Weifuchun treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis shows curative effect but still need more high quality studies to prove this view point.
