针刺结合骨肽穴位注射治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的:通过观察三种不同治疗方法对于治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,以比较出一种较佳的治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎的方法。方法:将52例肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎病人随机分为3组,针刺结合骨肽穴位注射组17例;骨肽穴位注射组17例;普通针刺组18例;对膝关节疼痛疗效、膝关节功能疗效、疾病疗效等三个方面进行对比观察。结果:3组疗法对于缓解关节疼痛均有疗效;对于改善膝关节功能和疾病疗效方面,针刺加骨肽组疗效优于骨肽组和针刺组,骨肽组和针刺组疗效无明显差异。结论:肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎的治疗以针刺加骨肽穴位注射方法最佳。

Clinical Observation on Needling Combined with Ossotide Point Injection in Treatment of KOA with Liver-Kidney Deficiency

Objective: Through observing the clinical efficacy of three different treatment methods of deficiency of liver and kidney type of KOA to compare the advantages of three methods and to find the best method. Methods: 52 cases of deficiency of liver and kidney of KOA patients were random Ly divided into 3 groups: by combination of acupuncture with Ossotide point injection group 17 cases,Ossotide point injection group 17 cases,normal acupuncture group 18 cases. In accordance with the knee pain score change,knee function score changes and curative effect were observed. Results: Three groups all can relieve joint pain. Knee function efficacy and curative effect comparison: acupuncture with Ossotide point injection group was better than Ossotide point injection group and acupuncture group: Ossotide point injection group and acupuncture group had no difference. Conclusion: The acupuncture plus Ossotide point injection is the best method for treating liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis.
