应用自行设计的椎体固定器械治疗脊椎滑脱症的体会

为了改进脊椎滑脱的治疗方法,作者设计了一种新型脊柱固定器械.该器械由四枚椎弓根钉,两根纵向连杆和两块横向连接板组成.这是一种经后路椎弓根的短节段固定方法,固定范围限制在两椎体之间,固定的角度可根据需要进行调整.从1990年7月至1997年7月,应用该器械治疗脊椎滑脱症22例,经临床观察和随访,治疗效果满意.作者认为,该器械具有手术方法简单、固定牢固和手术创伤小等优点.

Experience of Application of Internal Fixation Instrument in the Treatment of Spondylolisthesis

In order to improve treatment for spodylolisthesis, a new spinal fixation instrument was designed. This instrument was composed of four pedicles nails, two longitudinal connecting rods and two transverse connecting plates. It was a short segment fixation bough the pedicles of vertebra from the posterior aproach. The fixed vertebrae was limited between two vertebrea The fixed angulation of the instrument was adjusted according to requirment. From July 1990 to July 1997, 22 cases of spondylolisthesis were treated with a new spinal fixation instrument. The results were evaluated as satisfactory by clinical observation and follow-up study. The authors believed that simply operative method, secure fixation and less surgery trauma were advantages of the instrument.
