数字化油管井口无损检测系统

摘    要:根据电磁无损检测原理研制了数字化油管井口无损检测系统。分析了不同类型缺陷的漏磁场分布特征,布置不同方向的检测元件测值不同的缺陷信息,结合井口检测的要求,设计了检测装置,并给出了现场采集的信号波形,试验表明,该系统能满足现场使用要求。

Abstract:A digital nondestructive testing system for inspecting tubing at well site was developed according to the principle of electromagnetic testing. The characteristics of the magnetic flux leakage of different types of faults were analyzed and the testing elements of various directions were located to get the information of all faults. The installation was designed according to well site condition and the waveforms got from the field were given. Test result showed that the system could meet the needs of field inspection.
