| 摘 要： | 战术通信网效能指标体系的建立是进行战术通信网作战效能评估的基础和前提。通过分析战术通信网的组成、功能以及任务的特殊需求,提出了战术通信网效能评估指标体系的基本内容,对指标进行了归类和细化,并对整个评估指标体系进行了分析研究,针对数字化部队作战任务的需求重点研究使用了需求指标。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the tactical communication network performance indicators system is the basis and premise of Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of tactical communication network. This paper, by analyzing the composition, function and task of tactical communication network special demand, puts forward the basic contents of tactical communication network effectiveness evaluation index system, classi-fies and refines the indicators, and analyses the evaluation index system, the demand for digitized forces combat mission focuses on using demand indicators. |
