摘    要:针对目前油田使用缓蚀剂存在油中溶解度大,缓蚀效果差的问题.采用密闭搅拌法对多种现有缓蚀剂进行了乳化性、水溶性、缓蚀剂效果评价,并在此基础上研制了新型ZYC-1型水溶性缓蚀剂.应用表明,油井及端点投加该缓蚀剂后,在投加量较小的情况下,总铁及腐蚀速率均有明显降低,缓蚀效果显著.

Abstract:With a view to the problems such as large solubility in oil and poor inhibition function of currently used corrosion inhibitors in oil fields, a novel water-soluble corrosion inhibitor ZYC-1 was developed based on a series of optimization tests concerning emulsification behavior, water-solubility, and corrosion-inhibiting effect. The corrosion-inhibition action of the newly developed corrosion inhibitor ZYC-1 was investigated using sealed stirring method in an evenly mixed water-oil fluid. It was found that ZYC-1 introduced into the wells and oil pipes as the water-soluble corrosion inhibitor was capable of greatly decreasing the total amount of Fe ions and the corrosion rate as well, which could make it feasible to put ZYC-1 into broader field applications.
