火焰原子吸收光谱法测定岩矿中金含量的测量不确定度评定

摘    要:采用《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定岩石矿样中的金含量为例,对测量结果进行不确定度评定。分析了不确定度的重要来源,包括样品制备,标准工作溶液,工作曲线拟合,试液定容体积及测量重复性等引入的不确定度分量组成。当金平均含量为2.98×10^-6±0.36×10^-6(k=2),评定其扩展不确定度为0.36×10^-6。

Abstract:Uncertainty evaluation of gold in rock and mineral was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The effective reasons for uncertainty evaluation which were sample preparation, standard solutions, working curve fitting, test solution constant volume and repeatability of measurement were analyzed. The expanded uncertainty were 0.36×10^-6, when the average gold content was 2.98×10^-6±0.36×10^-6(k=2).
