论“以通为补”学术思想及其临床应用

"以通为补"属于中医治则治法范畴,是指在某种或某类疾病治疗中采用祛邪、攻下等"通"法,最终达到补益或使脏腑达到阴平阳秘状态的"补"的作用。"以通为补"学术思想自古而有之,至今对于指导临床治疗仍有重大意义,且随着社会的发展、人民生活水平的提高以及随之而来的疾病谱的变化,"以通为补"学术思想更是焕发出了新的时代意义。文章拟通过对"以通为补"学术思想的含义辨析、临床应用范例解析及使用注意三方面,具体阐述"以通为补"学术思想及其在临床中的应用。

Academic Thought on＂ Eliminating Pathogens for Balancing and Replenis- hing＂ and Its Clinical Application

＂Eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing＂ is treating principle and method of TCM. Eliminating pathogens and purgation in the same kind of disease gets the result of benefiting zangfu and keeping the blanee of yin and yang. This academic thought has been utilized since the ancient time and provides the significant effect in the guidance of clinical treatment. With the social development and life improvement, the disease spectrum changes and this academic thought contributes the innovative significance in the new era. In the paper,in terms of connation analysis, clinical application with medical cases and precautions, this academic thought and clinical application were introduced.
