| 摘 要： | 创新能力逐渐成为决定产业集群和城市竞争力水平的关键因素。在分析创新型产业集群的概念和优势以及创新型城市创新系统的本质特征、层次结构和功能机制的基础上,全面剖析了创新型城市与创新型产业集群的关联机制,并基于上述分析提出了二者互动发展的策略建议及相应的政府治理机制。

| Abstract: | Innovation is becoming the core drive for industrial cluster and regional economic level.Based on the concept of innovational industrial cluster's conception and its advantages,and the characteristics,layer structure and functional mechanism of new innovational city,this article analyses the correlative mechanism between innovational industrial cluster and innovational city.In the end,it puts forward some interactive development strategies and relevance governance mechanism. |
