浙江省农业机械化发展的系统分析

摘    要:从农机工业和农机服务体系、农机装备水平及机械化作业程度三个方面系统分析了浙江省农业机械化发展取得的成就.针对浙江省目前农业机械化发展中存在的总体水平低、发展不平衡;农机产品结构失衡;农机服务体系不完善;农机法规和管理体制不健全等问题,建议从推进农业机械化科技进步和创新;完善农机法规和管理体制;健全农机服务体系、促进农机服务产业化;加大资金投入和政策扶持以及加强农机成人教育等方面采取措施,以适应农业产业结构调整对农业机械化的要求.

Abstract:Great advances have been made in agricultural machinery industry, agr i cultural mechanization service, agricultural equipment performance and mechaniza tion levels in agricultural operation. Aiming at the existing problems in develo ping process of agricultural mechanization in Zhejiang province, for example, ov erall level of development was lower and uneven; product structure of agricultur al machinery was in a state of imbalance; service system of agricultural mechani zation was immaturity; rules and regulations of management were imperfect, and s o on. Accordingly, some suggestions on promoting development of agricultural mec hanization were put forward, such as propelling progress of science and technolo gy and innovating; amplifying management rules and laws; strengthening service s ystem and practicing industrialization of service; increasing investment; workin g out support policy; enhancing adult education of agricultural mechanization br anch, so as to adapt to agriculture structure adjustment.
