| 摘 要： | 个性是影响人的事业成败的关键因素。每个人的个性都千差万别，不同职业对人的个性心理特征的要求也不同。根据大学生的个性需求实际情况，突出个性化职业指导内容和方法，进行有针对性的指导，促进学生潜能和特长的充分发展，可以提高职业指导的效果。
