| 摘 要： | 以含螺纹塑件为例,介绍伺服同步自动脱螺纹机构,机构通过伺服电机的转动带动推板推出塑件,用步进电机带动螺纹型芯脱出螺纹,用PLC可编程逻辑控制器控制2个系统之间的同步,解决了自动脱螺纹系统与推板推出塑件动作之间的同步问题。

| Abstract: | A servo-synchronous mechanism in an injection mould for automatically thread stripping was presented.In this system,a servo motor was used to drive ejector plate for demoulding of plastic parts and a stepper motor was applied to drive thread cores for stripping of thread.The synchronization of the two actions was achieved by using PLC,a programmable logic controller. |
