钒微合金化HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的生产实践

摘    要:在20MnSi中添加适量VN合金,采用微合金化配合轧后快速冷却工艺生产φ22~φ32mmHRB400热轧带肋钢筋,分析VN合金对热轧带肋钢筋组织和性能的影响,确定V的加入量为0.04%~0.06%。生产中严格控制轧制节奏、负公差轧制,控制开轧温度为1070~1150℃,配合在终轧后控制冷却,产品力学性能均达到了国家标准要求。

Abstract:Adding proper amount VN alloy to 20MnSi steel produced φ22~φ32 mm HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars by microalloy and rapid cooling process after rolling.Analyzing the influence of VN alloy on the structure and properties confirmed the adding amount of the vanadium as 0.04% ~ 0.06%.Through strict control of rolling rhythm,minus tolerance rolling,controlling the initial rolling temperature in 1 070 ~ 1 150 ℃ and combining with control cooling after the finish rolling,the mechanical properties of the products all reached the demands of the national standard.
