嵌入式USB HOST 技术在测井仪中的应用与实现

为解决传统测井仪数据采集系统中大容量数据传输存储问题,利用SL811HS和196单片机设计了USB HOST嵌入式模块进行大容量数据存储。该嵌入式模块基于Mass Storage类的单批量(Bulk-Only)传输协议和FAT16文件系统,能对普通低功耗Flash存储器设备进行传输数据及配置。相比于传统的数据采集存储方法,USB HOST技术的应用提高了测井仪系统的便携性,同时可方便的进行大容量数据的存储。应用结果表明,该模块工作原理正确设计可行,能够准确地存储数据,具有实用性和推广的价值。

Application and realization of embedded USB HOST technology in the well logging instrument

Aiming at some problems of traditional well logging instrument,in order to realize high-capacity storage of data,the paper presents a method,which designs the embedded USB HOST module consisting of SL811HS and 196-monolithic processor to store data.This embedded module is based on the Mass Storage Class Bulk-Only Transport protocol and FAT16 File System.So the embedded module could transport data to the common Flash Storage Device and configure it.Compared with the traditional data storage method,the application of the USB HOST technology will improve the convenience of the well logging instrument and make data storage easy.The application shows that the module runs stably and could store data correctly.The technology and methods are practical and worthy of using in other fields.
