| 摘 要： | 使用贵州福泉磷矿粉,盐酸法生产饲料级磷酸氢钙,利用矿粉脱氟工艺,通过实验得出配酸量数值。介绍萃取脱氟操作、中和操作反应原理及工艺控制点。与传统工艺比较,原料消耗降低,五氧化二磷收率提高。

| Abstract: | In feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate production by hydrochloric acid method, the ground phosphate rock defluorination technology with Fuquan phosphate rock powder is adopted, the amount of mixing acid is obtained by experiment. The extraction operating for defluorination, the principles of neutralization reaction and process control are introduced. Compared with the traditional process, the consumption of raw materials is reduced, the yield of phosphorus pentoxide is improved. |
