| 摘 要： | 为了更好地了解层燃垃圾焚烧炉的燃烧过程,建立了垃圾焚烧层燃炉固定床热态试验台.对焚烧过程中固定床内温度、气氛浓度、床层重量和料层高度随时间变化进行了实验研究,从而得到它们的变化规律;进一步研究床层产生的气体成分随一次风温的变化;针对NO研究有害气氛的影响因素和生成规律.通过试验研究,更好地了解层燃垃圾焚烧炉的燃烧过程,试验结果为垃圾焚烧炉的设计和优化运行提供了可靠的依据.

| Abstract: | In order to reveal the features of the combustion process,a fixed-bed reactor was employed to burn simulated municipal solid waste (MSW).The effect of the primary-air temperature was assessed over ranges.The temperature of different positions inside the bed,the gas species concentration of flue gas and the changing of bed weight were measured and presented.Other parameters,such as mass of waste and height of material versus time and burning rate,were also investigated and calculated from the experiment data... |
