| 摘 要： | Logix齿轮是依据全新的齿形理论所提出的一种新型齿轮。在充分研究Logix齿形形成原理的基础上，本文基于啮合理论推导了Logix齿条，齿轮的齿廓曲线方程，讨论了Logix齿轮的各参数对其齿形的影响及其选取原则，得出了齿根过渡曲线的坐标方程。并根据齿形形成原理，开发了Logix齿轮及其齿条的圆形仿真程序。

| Abstract: | Logix gear is a new gear produced based on new tooth profile theory.The profile curve equation of rack and gear are derived based on the constructing principle of the tooth profile.The effect of tooth profile's parameters on tooth profile and principle of choosing parameters are discussed.The curve equation of dedendum transition curve is given.Figure simulating programs of rack and gear are developed based on the analysis of constructing principle of Logix gear. |
