基于生态遗传算法的冲击地压预测模型

摘    要:针对传统方法预测冲击地压存在的弊端,采用遗传算法设计的模糊神经网络做为预测模型,为避免传统遗传算法"早熟"问题而使用生态遗传算法对该模糊神经网络进行训练,选择Matlab7.01在PC机上实现该网络模型,并比较BP算法、传统遗传算法以及生态遗传算法这三种算法所训练的网络性能.仿真和实验结果显示生态遗传算法使网络具有良好的收敛性能,提高了冲击地压预测的准确性.

Abstract:Because of the defect of traditional methods to forecast rockburst,the genetic algorithms is used apply in the fuzzy neural networks' design.To avoid the premature of genetic algorithms(GA),the niche genetic algorithms(NGA)is used to carry out the training for the fuzzy neural network.Matlab7.01 is chosen to realize the fuzzy neural network model on PC,and to compare the networks' performance which BP,GA and NGA train. Are compared.Furthermore,the test results show that the trained FNN employing NGA hads a satisfying global convergence and improves the prediction with higher accuracy.
