经尿道前列腺电切术后暂时性尿失禁的磁疗提肛肌训练疗效探讨

目的探讨磁疗联合提肛肌锻炼方法,对经尿道前列腺电切(简称TURP)术后尿失禁的疗效。方法采用TRM-2S型多功能前列腺治疗仪磁疗联合提肛肌锻练及单用提肛肌训练,对前列腺电切术后患者随机分为试验组(联合组),对照组(单用组),每组各60例。结果联合组治疗后患者的满意度98%明显优于单用组79%(P<0.05),联合组治疗后最大及平均尿流率12.15mmol/s明显优于单用组8.40mmol/s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论磁疗联合提肛肌训练,有效地降低了TURP术后暂时尿失禁的发生率。

The Investigation on the Effect of Magnetic Therapy on Urinary In continence after TURP in Short Term

Objective To explore the effect of magnetic therapy on urinary incontinence after TURP in short term.Methods 120 patients with urinary incontinence after TURP,they were divided into two groups randomly. Each group were 60 patients. Group A were treated by levator ani muscles training,Group B were treated by levator ani muscles training and magnetic therapy at the same time for 3 months.Results The therapy effect and satisfaction ratio of Group B were better than Group A significantly (P<0.05).The maximal and average urine flow rates of group B was higher than group A significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment which combined levator ani muscles training with magnetic therapy was a good method to cure or decrease the complications and urinary incontinence after TURP in short term.
