宝钢烧结烟气脱硫技术的研发与应用

摘    要:介绍了烧结烟气脱硫技术的研究背景,论述了烧结烟气特性、宝钢开发的气喷旋冲石灰石-石膏湿法烧结烟气脱硫成套工艺和装备技术特点;介绍和分析了所进行的工业试验主要内容和获得的成果、工程化应用的情况和效果。工程实践证明该脱硫工艺对烧结烟气温度、SO2浓度、烟气量波动大等特性有很强的适应能力,对烟气中污染物去除率高,具有技术经济性好、运行稳定可靠、副产物可利用等先进特性,说明宝钢烧结烟气脱硫技术对于钢铁行业大、中型烧结机烟气脱硫有广泛的实用价值。

Abstract:The characteristics of sintering flue gas, the research background of the BSFGD (Swirl-Jet-Absorbing Wet Limestone-gypsum Sintering FGD Technology ) developed by Baosteel, and technical features of its process and equipments are introduced in detail. The BSFGD' s main contents, achievements in pilot experiments, and applications in engineering projects are analyzed and discussed systematically in this paper. The past practice and experience proved that this technology has a strong adaptability to such an environment where the sintering flue gas temperature, SO2 concentration and the flue gas volume fluctuate intensively. As this technology features a high pollutant-removal efficiency, excellent technical and economic performance, stable and reliable operation and recoverable by-product (gypsum) , etc. , it has a wide range of applications in flue gas desulphurization for large and medium-sized sintering machines in the steel industry.
