摘    要:旋叶分离器是蒸汽发生器中气水分离器组件的关键部件之一,保障蒸汽发生器为汽轮机提供高干度的蒸汽。气液混合物进入分离器后,液体逐渐分离,并通过入口回流、下降通道、切向口等区域疏水。为研究各区域疏水性能,建立了可视化旋叶分离器冷态试验回路,采用常温常压空气 水作为工质,针对直径140 mm、旋叶倾角30°的分离器开展分离性能试验。测试获得了空气表观速度在5~13 m/s区间内入口回流、下降通道、切向口对分离水比例变化的影响规律。研究发现,低气相表观速度时入口回流和下降通道承担主要的分离水比例,中等气相表观速度(7~9 m/s)时下降通道承担主要分离水比例,高气相表观速度时切向口起重要的分离水作用。

Abstract:Swirl-vane separator is one of the key components of the gas-liquid separating part in steam generator to provide high quality steam to turbine. Liquid droplets or film is separated from gas mainly due to the different gas and liquid centrifugal forces and gravities. The gas liquid mixture goes to the separator, and liquid water is separated from the mixture gradually. Water drainage happens at the inlet, downcomer and slots due to the reversed liquid water. To get the drainage performance at these three regions, an air water swirl vane separator test rig was developed. The riser diameter of the separator tested is 140 mm and the inclination angle of the swirl vane is 30°. The gas velocity ranges from 5 m/s to 13 m/s. The water fraction from three regions was obtained. It’s found that high fraction of water drainage is from the inlet and the downcomer. When the gas velocity is around 7 9 m/s, the fraction of water drainage from downcomer is significant. The slot plays significant role for the water drainage when gas velocity is high.
