| 摘 要： | 基于目前轿车发动机仓盖在涂装PVC备件生产过程中，发动机仓盖内表面PVC胶条无法涂胶，与工装器具干涉及湿膜状态下碰伤严重，员工操作困难、劳动强度大等一系列问题所设计的一种器具。简单地说，就是根据备件生产模式，针对关键环节而设计的一种符合线体所需，提高产品质量，提高生产效率，减少员工劳动强度的简易PVC备件生产器具。

| Abstract: | The car engine cover PVC glue equipment spare parts is a utensil that is based on the car engine compartment cover can＇t rubber coating during PVC spare parts production, and the tool interference and wet film bumps serious, the employees difficult operation, high labor intensity and a series of problems. In other words, the simple PVC spare parts production equipment is designed for the key link of a line body required, can improve product quality, production efficiency, and reduce the labor intensity. |
