摘    要:目前国内石油仓储企业需要利用燃油锅炉产生蒸汽对高凝点、高黏度油品进行保温,而燃油锅炉的实际运行效率大都低于90%。介绍了复合管余热回收技术是通过利用复合管换热器来降低锅炉排出的高温烟气,使燃油锅炉烟气排放温度控制在120~160℃,同时回收利用其热能提高锅炉补水温度,达到锅炉烟气余热利用,可节约燃料4%~5%。文章结合工程实例阐明复合管技术回收利用锅炉烟气余热实现节能,具有重大的理论与现实意义。

Abstract:Most of oil storage companies in China install oil - fired boilers to produce steam to heat high freezing point and high viscosity oil. The actual operation efficiency of boiler is lower than 90%. To improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, composite tube heat exchangers are applied to reduce the temperature of flue gas emission of boiler to 120 - 160 ℃, and waste heat recovered is used to raise the temperature of make - up water of boiler. As the result, 4 -5% of fuel is saved. The energy saving technology using composite tube heat exchangers to recovery waste heat from boiler flue gas is described through a case study, which is very significant for commercial application.
