| 摘 要： | 目的：了解高龄老人对临终关怀需求意愿，为在我国更好的开展临终关怀服务，建立完善的临终关怀服务体系提供科学依据。方法：采用入户问卷调查方式，就成都市小天辖区204位80岁以上高龄老人的一般情况。健康情况和对临终关怀态度进行调查，采用SPPSS8.0对资料进行整理，使用多类结果的Logistic方法-Multinomial Logistic对影响高龄老人临终关怀方式选择的因素进行多因素分析。结果：在选择临终关怀方式时，老人中34.8%的选择对症治疗，20.6%的选择不治疗，17.2%选择听取医生的安排，9.8%选择听取子女伞兵 安排，9.8%的拒绝回答此问题，7.8%的希望继续高技术治疗，职业、生活费来源，家庭功能和IADL对临终关怀方式有影响。结论：高龄老人对临终关怀的态度是支持的，在其中开展临终关怀是可行的，同样为其提供临终关怀服务也是必要的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To get the information of the demands of Palliative care of the 204 persons aged 80 and over in Chengdu.Methods:By questionnaire,the old people were investigated in their homes.And the data was analyzed by SPSS 8.0.Result:34.8% elders choose allopathy,20.6% elders choose to abandon treatment,17.2% elders choose the doctors' suggestions,9.8% elders choose the children's suggestions,9.8% elders refuse to answer this questions,and 7.8% elders choose continuous high technical treatment.The influence factors are occupation,the living supports,the family function,and IADL.Conclusion:Developing palliative cares in old people aged 80 and over are available.And supplying palliative cares in old people are necessary |
