摘    要:介绍了国内外烃类自热转化技术的工艺过程和工业应用潜力;论述了自热转化炉反应器的优化设计和工业试验过程;分析了混合器(烧嘴)的设计特点、燃烧特性和设计注意事项;通过工业生产应用实例,阐述了传统二段炉气体混合器的选型原则,对我国工业生产中采用的混合器的结构形式和改进措施进行了对比、分析和总结。

Abstract:Process Flow & Industrial Application Potentiality were introduced for hydrocarbon self-heating reformation technology at home and abroad;design for self-heating reformer reactor and its industrial test process were discussed;design features,combustion characteristics and attention matters for design of mixer(burner) were analyzed;through the application example in industrial production,selection principle was described for gas mixer of traditional secondary reformer;comparison,analysis and summarization were made for the structure type of mixer used in industrial production of China and for its improvement measures.
