| 摘 要： | 建设工程质量监督制度经过了25年的历程,监督机构为了工程质量的稳定提高做出了巨大的贡献.国家为缓解金融危机,投入4万亿元用予基础设施建设,原有的监督人员、仪器设备、监督模式已不能适应当前的发展,加之建设市场目前不规范现象很多,这就给监督机构带来了前所未有的挑战,需要在监管理论、模式等方面予以创新探讨.

| Abstract: | The quality-supervising system of Construction engineering has been operating for 25 years, during which supervising structure has greatly contributed to steady improvedment of engineering quality.In order to release the financial crisis,our country has input 4000 billion yuan.As a result, the original staffs,equipments and systems may be unsuitable to the current development,which in combination with unstandard phenomenon in construction market,brought about the challenges for supervising structure.Hence,we need to bring forct new ideas in terms of supervising theory and models. |
