| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献综述法、专家访谈法、分析对比法、实验法对网球运动员进行实际的正手上旋球教学环节的实验检测,并对正手上旋球技术进行观察分析,旨在通过教学实验得出一套科学合理并具有针对性的提高青少年网球运动员正手上旋球的教学训练方法。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature, expert interview, comparative analysis and experiment, the article studies the training methods of the top spin forehand technique, meanwhile analyzes the techniques of the top spin forehand. The purpose tries to find a set of scientific ways to enhance the forehand top spin technique effectively through the experimental study and analysis. |
