机床立柱的粘弹性阻尼控制有限元分析研究

摘    要:通过建立机床立柱的三维有限元模型,基于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,应用模态应变能迭代法,分析了粘弹阻尼处理机床立柱结构的动力学特性,并进行了阻尼位置的优化研究,以最小的附加质量获得最佳的振动效果。该方法能够简便有效地应用于实际粘弹性阻尼处理结构的阻尼预测和优化,对阻尼工程应用具有较大的理论和应用价值。

Abstract:By means of establishing three dimensional finite element model of the machine tool column, based on finite element analysis software ANSYS,and applying modal strain energy, iterative method, the dynamic characteristics of the configuration of viscoelasticity damping machine tool column has been analyzed, furthermore, optimization study of the damping position has been carried, as a result, the optimal vibration effect has been obtained by the minimum additional mass. This method can be easily and effectively applied to the damping prediction and optimization of the actual configuration of viscoelasticity damping, it has significant worth of theory and application on damping industry.
