12408工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对屯兰矿12408轨道巷支护困难、变形严重等问题,提出采用切顶卸压技术进行沿空留巷,在切顶后将12408轨道巷,划分为超前工作面100 m、留巷段和留巷段架后三段分别采取不同方式进行支护。对切顶卸压后50 d内,12408轨道巷道表面位移监测结果表明:巷道顶底板和两帮位移量最大值分别为111.89 mm和91.12 mm,能够满足下一工作面正常使用要求。

Abstract:In view of the difficult support and serious deformation of 12408 track roadway in Tunlan coal mine,it is proposed to adopt roof cutting and pressure relief technology for gob side entry retaining.After roof cutting,12408 track roadway is divided into three sections:100 m ahead working face,retaining roadway section and retaining roadway section after support,and different support methods are adopted respectively.The monitoring results of 12408 track roadway surface displacement within 50 days after roof cutting and pressure relief show that the maximum displacement of roadway roof,floor and two sides are 111.89 mm and 91.12 mm respectively,which can meet the normal use requirements of the next working face.
