W型通风综采工作面生产期间粉尘分布规律研究

摘    要:为了研究W型通风综采工作面生产期间粉尘分布的规律,对生产时工作面分段进行粉尘浓度测定,了解粉尘分布状态。研究结果表明:采煤机顺风割煤与逆风割煤粉尘浓度分布规律相似,逆风割煤时的粉尘浓度较大;移架时粉尘浓度从支架上风侧开始至下风侧浓度迅速增大到最高,然后很快降低,在尘源下风侧5 m左右粉尘浓度达到最大,移架尘源下风侧10 m处粉尘浓度急剧下降并趋于稳定。

Abstract:In order to study the law of dust distribution during the production of W-type fully mechanized mining face with ventilation,the dust concentration was measured in different sections of the working face during the production to understand the dust distribution.The results show that the distribution of dust concentration in downwind coal and upwind coal is similar,and the dust concentration in upwind coal is larger.During frame shifting,the dust concentration increases rapidly from the windward side of the bracket to the leeward side to the maximum and then decreases rapidly.The dust concentration reaches the maximum at about 5 m leeward of the dust source,and drops sharply and tends to be stable at 10 m leeward of the dust source of frame shifting.
