科大花园住宅方案节能空间分析

以科大花园节能住宅小区为例，探讨了在夏热冬冷地区条件下住宅节能设计采用的新的观点、方法和技术。基于住宅风环境和耗热量计算的分析，提出了在该地区气候条件下建筑节能日照间距、窗形位、体形系数，介绍了一种新型节能围护结构体系。

Analysis of Energy-Saving Space for Keda Garden Residence Scheme

This article explores the new viewpoint method and technology of design of energy-saving residence in the area of cold in winter and hot in summer with the Keda Garden taken for an example. On the basis of analysis of the wind circumstance and the heat consumption n of residence, the minimum distance for sunlight, the form and position of windows, the form coefficient are presented for the energy saving, and a new energy-saving exterior-protected preserve structure for the project of Keda garden is introduced.
