赤铁矿选矿-烧结联合企业废水的处理工艺

东鞍山烧结厂厂区废水以选矿生产的尾矿浆及中矿、精矿浓缩机溢流水为主,有少量烧结生产废水、破碎除尘废水以及生活污水,水量为8270m~3·h~(-1).生产废水采用絮凝沉淀法处理,生活污水采用地埋式污水处理装置进行处理,处理后的废水达到生产工业用水标准,SS质量浓度在78mg·L~(-1)以下,COD在60.5 nag·L~(-1)以下,循环利用,实现了零排放目标,年节约用水1915万m~3.

Treatment of production wastewater with flocculent precipitation,the domestic sewage with underground wastewater treatment , the treated wastewater has met the required the water quality standard for the production of industrial water .that the SS of the treated water is less than 78 mg·L~(-1), COD of the treated water is less than 60.5 mg·L~(-1). it is used in water circulationthen Plant bas achicvcd the objective of wastewater zero emissionswhich can economize supply water 1915×104 m~3·a~(-1).
