| 摘 要： | 从药物过敏试验、加药、给药间隔时间方面综述了抗生素临床应用中护士应重视的问题。主要阐述了确保过敏试验药液浓度准确、过敏试验部位选择、进针方向、过敏试验结果的判定应注意的问题，以及加药时溶媒选择要正确、减少残余药量、注意药物的配伍禁忌等。

| Abstract: | It reviewed the problems nurses should pay attention to in clinical application of antibiotics from aspects of drug sensitivity test, interval time of drug addition and administration. It emphasized the accuracy of drug concentration of .sensitivity test, the location chosen of sensitivity test, needling orientation, announcements in assessment of the outcomes of sensitivity test, the right lytic agent, reducing of residue drug, and pay attention to incompatibility of drugs. |
